Lately, I`ve been eating a lot of oatmeal for breakfast. It`s quick, easy and healthy! As a student, it`s really hard to find time to do anything because all you do is sleep and study. So most of the time I don`t even bother eating breakfast, which isn`t the best idea. So nowadays I try to get up a little bit earlier and eat something even if it means grabbing a banana to go.
In the beginning, I just used some milk to whip up some instant oatmeal. Not long afterwards it became pretty boring and plain so I`ve been trying to add different flavors to it. Today is blueberry!
Just grab some blueberries add two tbsps of water, some sugar and let me boil on low eat for a few minutes until its nice and mushy and it acts like a syrup to flavor the oatmeal. Give it a try!
