Today`s breakfast was half a plain bagel and some creamy peanut butter. Did you know a 4 inch diameter bagel has about 300 calories? This is the reason why I decided to eat half a bagel and just add some protein to add calories. This is probably a better choice than eating the whole bagel on its own. Probably should have had some fruit as well. oh well.
