<div style="RIGHT: auto"><var style="RIGHT: auto"></var>This was my breakfast on Monday morning and it was delicious & filling. I had picked up a pack of Everything bagel thins while at the grocery store this past weekend.&nbsp; I had toasted the bagel and added 4 ounces of thinly sliced polish ham to it.&nbsp; Originally I was going to make an egg and have an egg and ham, but I was running late and measuring out some eggbeaters just wasn`t in my time allowance to run out the door.&nbsp; I then sliced up a whole mango.&nbsp; Mangos have been something I have been getting into lately -- I used to never be a fan, but that`s because when I had been given a piece of mango it was either completely overripe or too under-ripe.&nbsp; This one was perfectly in between, sweet, juicy, yet firm.&nbsp; So good I had to pick up 2 more mangos at the grocery store yesterday while on my restocking of fruit run!</div>
