Breakfast: a Healthy McMuffin!

This was my breakfast this morning & will most likely also be my breakfast tomorrow morning! A classic, healthy take on a McMuffin (McDonalds!). It was delicious and very filling. I had a VitaSandwich frozen breakfast sandwich in the freezer, so I took it apart, toasted the whole wheat english in the toaster oven and heated up the egg in the microwave per the package instructions. When it was all done cooking and heating up, I put it back together, topped the egg with hot sauce (I actually used a Taco Bell Fire sauce I found in the drawer at work haha) and some ketchup, then topped it with 2 ounces of thinly sliced Polish ham. It was a really good meal and I also ate a banana later on in the morning and washed this down with my mug of coffee. Yummo!
