Not feeling like eggs today so I decided to go with something simple and light.

My breakfast consisted of a banana, which is full of potassium to keep your mineral balance in check. I also had Special K Blueberry cereal, about 1 cup, with 1/2 a cup of unsweetened almond milk for calcium as I`m lactose intolerant.

Overall, quick 2 minute breakfast that is healthy for you.
The banana is 1 serving of fruit and provides potassium and some fibre. 100 calories
The Special K cereal provides some iron, some vitamins and overall tastes good. 110 calories
The almond milk provides protein and calcium. 20 calories

Overall, a 230 calorie breakfast that helps to keep me full until lunch time and is quite healthy. Not bad!
