I`m getting ready for my day already and thought I would share my breakfast for today! It is seriously so easy and literally do this about three to four times a week!
All you do is combine 1/2 banana, 1/2 cup frozen raspberries, 1/2 cup fat-free Greek yogurt, and 8 ounces skim milk in a blender. Pulse until smooth. Eat with 1 slice whole wheat toast and 2 teaspoons peanut butter. It has 300 calories and takes about 3 to 5 minutes to make! :)
