Breakfast - Egg amp Red Date Tea

I love eggs, though I know I shouldn`t eat too much due to the egg yolk being high in cholesterol.

But I still manage to eat at least one egg a day for breakfast. It`s a good source of protein and it tastes great =)

My current favorite preparation method is a simple hard boiled egg with salt and pepper.

I also drink red date tea in the mornings to help improve circulation and digestion.

I also have to eat once I get into work, which is usually high-fibre cereal.

What do you think of my breakfast?
