Happy Easter everyone! :) So maybe youve seen my previous post, maybe not, but I decided to post my boyfriends meal from Friday night as well! He made me taste what he had chosen, so I can tell you wether it was good or not! We were in New York City, in a turkish restaurant called Dervish, which is on the 47th street, near Time Square.
As a started, he got the House Salad, which was good, but not the best salad Ive ever eaten. It was really fresh though! Then, as main course, he got the Grilled Lamb Adana, which is minced lamb tenderloin mixed with vegetables and mediterranean spices, over lavash bread, served with cracked wheat pilaf. I didnt tried the pilaf, because I dont like rice. However, Ive tried the lamb and it was delicious! I was jealous of his meal, even if mine was really really good! They gave him a spicy red sauce, which tasted a little bit like roasted peppers, and it was devine! I finished my salmon with his sauce how much I liked it!
I put the link of the restaurant down below! Have you ever tried turkish or mediterranean cuisine? Do you like it?
