For breakfast today I had sushi that my mom made. She makes super delicious sushi! Sometimes she would make it for breakfast, lunch, and dinner!
I could eat 1 1/2 rolls of sushi. My mom`s sushi is quite large, though! Today, my mom mixed brown and white rice and piled avocado, thinly sliced carrots, substitute crab, and melon inside the rolls. Then she poured a thin line of eel sauce over the sushi, like the sushi restaurants we go to do.
Everyone in my family loves my mom`s sushi! It`s super healthy. Although it can get a bit tiresome after eating so much of it. I still prefer restaurant sushi because sometimes they bake theirs in tempura batter or have spicy mayo and lobster in theirs... yum!
