Today, I woke up on time rather than hitting the snooze button like I usually do. Instead of grabbing something quick to eat and rushing out the door, I took the extra couple minutes to prepare a filling and energy packed breakfast. I knew I was going to have to walk twice the amount I usually do, so I made sure I got a good breakfast. I didn`t want to pass out on the busy street or anything. Lol.
First I washed a small handful of blueberries. I added two heaping tablespoons of Dannon`s Greek yogurt into my bowl and added some pure honey for some natural sweetness. Next I mixed it up and tossed in the blueberries. Voila! A healthy and tasty breakfast.
In the picture, it looks like there isn`t much though it was quite a good amount. Lol.
If you didn`t know, Greek yogurt is very high in protein. It gets strained one extra time so it`s filled with natural goodies for your body. Try it if you haven`t! I bet you`ll love it. :)
