Since i was a child i hated everything that had to do with milk.. I wasn`t a fan of cheese, yoghurt, milkshakes and other things that had milk in them. It was pretty hard because milk is really important when you`re growing up. In the years i`ve learned to eat cheese and i started to like this, which i`m happy about since i really need some calcium.
I`m not a big eater in the morning and i really wish i was able to eat yoghurts since it`s small and it`s really healthy. Now i`ve tried many kinds but i never like them or i can never eat them for more then 2 days. Pudding doesn`t really contain allot of milk but it`s still a good thing to eat so i like to eat this in the morning as a good start of the day.
It contains vanille and a little chocolate on the bottem.
It`s not as healthy as yoghurt but it`s also pretty good.
