For breakfast this morning I made a smoothie! I put in a whole banana and a scoop of vanilla protein powder. I also put in a handful of a bag of frozen mixed berries that I got from Wal Mart that had blueberries, strawberries, raspberries and blackberries in it. It was pretty delicious!
