This morning I decided I would go on a nice little walk with my dog. I needed to eat something to fuel my walk, lol, so I ate a small,healthy breakfast! I had one piece of honey wheat toast, topped with peanutbutter and strawberries! On the side, I had some apple and also banana. Lots of fruit, which I love! I`m not usually a breakfast eater, but if I don`t I find myself wanting to eat so unhealthy throughout the day!
Overall, of course this was a delicious, filling breakfast!
