BOTD - Seaweed Eggs

On most days, I eat two eggs in the morning for breakfast. I find that eggs in the morning really help fill me up for the day rather than carbs and since I don`t digest meat so well, this helps with my protein intake.

I decided to do something special with my eggs today since I had a bit of time on my hands.

First, the eggs are soft-boiled, meaning that the yolk inside is still a bit runny. I love soft-boiled eggs because it makes the yolk more flavorful.

Then I added my personal mixture of roasted seaweed, white sesame seeds and sea salt with a bit of sugar.

This was DELICIOUS! It really felt like I was eating one of the eggs at a ramen shop. It looks messy but believe me, this is an amazing way to season eggs.
