Hey Guys! This is a the Botanic, the Power of the Plants Foundation. Appearantly, this originally sold in Boots stores in London but now you can find them anywhere. I bought mines at Target not to long ago. I went in looking for a drugstore foundation. This foundation and more products from this store is found near the No 7 makeup products. I was planning on buying the Maybelline Dream Mouse Foundation for $8. Then I saw this foundation and it was on clearance for $9 usually runs for $12. What convince me to buy this product is that the company claims to be an organic products suitable for oily and acne prone skin. It also claims to have Rosemary burdock extracts to help reduce the oils on the skin. This sounded like a miracle worker and I had to try it out. I usually read some reviews before trying out foundation because I have sensitive skin. So I went right in an purchased it.
When I opened this and ready to apply I was stumbled when I saw the applicator. It is much harder to use the applicator cause when I apply it on to the back of my hand I get a long line of foundation.
When I applied this, I used a primer. At first it seemed to light for me. The product seemed to dry out quickly so had to blend it in fast. At the end it I could see my scars and redness so it didn`t give me a great coverage. I would say like a sheer to medium coverage. When I applied another layer it looked horrible. It was too cakey and obvious that I was wearing a lot of foundation. At the end of the day I was very oily and shiny. So this foundation didn`t work for me . I would give it a 2/5
