Bolognese Spaghetti

For those who know me, what Im about to say isnt new: I absolutely adore Italian food!!

The other day, I had to cook lunch for me and my sister so we decided to make Bolognese spaghetti. I actually learned how to make this dish in a kids channel, its sad but its truth!

I love to eat it but it takes me so long to prepare this meal, because I like to mince the meat myself, and I only use white meat and some olives. After this mince, is really easy and fast to cook.

I do like my Bolognese very simple and without cheese.

You can notice those huge onion pieces in the middle of the meat, and it was on purpose, because I dont like onions, so that way its easier for me to split those pieces from the rest of the meal.

I think the tomato pulp was homemade by my mom but those pulps that we see in the grocery stores are also perfect for this dish.

I think this is a nice dish, one of my favorites for sure! This one was super delicious.
