Body Weight Training the New 2013 Trend

Body weight training is the new 2013 work out trend. The above pic is of course an old pic as Kim is now with Kanye and not Reggie Bush. But I thought it demonstrated well Body weight training. Body weight training unlike other strength training exercises involves little to no equipment making it easy to do at home. Body weight exercises includes classics like pull-ups, lunges, pushups, and sit-ups. As with any exercise it`s always important to do them properly.

Since I belong to a gym I mostly just jog on the treadmill. But I hope to incorporate more body weight training as my fitness improves.
