Have you heard of the body by vi 90 day challenge? Have you any thoughts about it?
Coming from a Biggirl, I`ve come across it all....the one thing I have learned to add to my diet is this protein shake in the mornings. It`s delicious, nutritious, can be made 100 different ways! Many people have lost weight on it, and currently, Ruby Gettingher is on the challenge. I just to take this last summer and it helped lower my cholesterol and semi high blood pressure...:D Ive recently reordered my shakes, ive missed them.
If done right, success will follow. Like everything else this required dedication, and commitment. Trust me, ive cheated this system and it had not worked..ive followed and I lost a couple pounds
