I absolutely love this Bobs Red Mill 5 grain whole grain hot cereal. It has a number of so many great benefits. It can reduce the risk of many chronic diseases and help support bowel movement (oh yes, I used the b-word). I got hooked on eating this oatmeal after my cousin introduced me to it and told how beneficial it is. And I must say, I noticed so many positive changes, mostly with my metabolism and it helped me maintain a stable healthy weight. I also noticed a change in mood because I didnt feel guilty for eating such a healthy breakfast. The way you prepare your breakfast is up to you, I simply used water to prepare it, added just a tad of butter (this is optional) and a dash of salt...I dont like adding sugar, but if you like sweet you may add sugar or honey.
I dont see any harm in adding this to your everyday menu, but if you have any concerns, please consult a specialist.
