When my boyfriend and I arrived in OC late at night, one of the places that I wanted to take him to is Tebo Tebo Tea Lounge. It`s similar to other boba shops and they sell a good variety of drinks, snacks, and light meals.
One of the things that I do not like about Tebo Tebo Tea Lounge is that it is really crowded. Since they open until 1 AM, there is still usually a good amount of customers that are seated and the ones that do not prefer to be seated so they just order their drink to-go.
My boyfriend loves taro so he ordered a smoothie called Coco-Taro-Nut which has a really great taste of coconut and taro blended together. Their boba is also really good, the perfect amount of chewy. It was also topped with whipped cream.
I ordered the drink that I usually always order whenever I come to Tebo Tebo called Purple Urkle which has taro in addition to red bean. I also got mine with boba and whipped cream - great combination altogether! Very delicious drink, my boyfriend loved mine as well.
We also ordered their popcorn chicken snack which was around $3. It was good except for the fact that I asked for it to be really spicy but in the end, there was no spice to it at all. Still very flavorful though.
The last item we ordered was these cajun chicken wings, which were around $4. These turned out not to be chicken wings at all? There was only one wing included, the rest was like a bone with a piece of meat around the top. It was good but eh I wouldn`t get again.
