Bob Harper: Glute Challenge Workout

I`ve been working out to BOB HARPER!!! His workouts are crazy, and soooooo great..
Anyways.. I`m gonna tell you about this one called Glute Challenge Bonus Workout, which is 13 minutes of hardcore, thigh, butt, shoulder and biceps (hope I got all of it) ^^

Normally I work out with my Aunt who is a personal trainer and the owner of Bodypresent (Really great, she talks to you about your goals, etc) BUT when we don`t have matching schedules, I go to BOB ^^
I really recommend his workouts, cause they work ^^
They might be hard in the beginning, but that is what is great about this bonus one, it`s only 13 minutes, and you feel exhausted afterwards!!

NO EXCUSES ANYMORE LADIES ^^ Go get your workout clothes on, and get sexy ^^
