I`m the type of person who gets very thirsty very quickly. I always need to have some water handy just in case.
But every once in a while I need something other than water, especially if I feel like I need some energy. I try to avoid sodas since they are loaded with sugar and it`s hard to find fruit juices made with real fruit!
So every once in a while, I like to treat myself to a smoothie. Often times, I will make one myself at home using frozen berries, ice and some milk in a blender (especially after a workout). But sometimes I will buy myself one on the way home from the gym. One of my favorites is Boathouse Farms strawberry and banana. It tastes so good and I don`t feel guilty after drinking it lol.
