I started off this morning by having me some good pancakes and I have decided to share the recipe with everyone.
2 Cups Bisquick (or any pancake mix)
1 cup of Milk
3 teaspoons egg replacer mixed with 4 tablespoons of water
1/2 cup frozen blueberries
Maple syrup, to taste (optional)
Powdered Sugar, to taste (optional)
Mix the first four ingredients together. Pour evenly into pan or where ever you decide to make it, until completely cooked. Add maple syrup, powdered sugar (optional) and there you have it.
