Hi Luuuxers I would like to welcome you to my very first fitness post!
It`s been a while that I have made posts because I have been in a long process of moving and things have been very hetic..Anyway today I am sharing with you a fun new way to intensely work out in a fun way! So I have discovered this from tumblr it`s called POP Pilates and you do work outs to songs and its really fun. Theres a youtuber http://youtube.com/blogilates and she does amazing work outs! You have to check out her chanel even if your not into working out! I have put my three favorite videos into this post but you should check them out! The frist two killed me but them I got up and looked foward to doing these challenges!
