I`ve been working out everyday since February 2013 whether it be p90x, running, or blogilates but this month I thought I`d try exclusively blogilates and follow Cassie`s October calendar. If you haven`t heard of blogilates, Cassie is a pilates instructor on youtube. She just recently released her app for IPhone and has a website where you can view her blogs and calendar. Watch one of her videos, and you`ll see just how bubbly and sweet she is.. I love her :) Her videos are harder than they look. And she always goes off on rants that make you wanna yell at her to focus so she can finish the workout haha. I`m a little nervous to whether it`ll give me the same results as p90x but I`m willing to give it a shot for this month. Cheers to working out! :D
