Today I signed up for a gym membership and I want to be dedicated in working out throughout the whole entire year. One of my goal is to jog more and participate in a jogging marathon in the future. I really want to stay healthy and feel good. Since I`m not young anymore, I should still try to motivate myself to do more exercise to stay in shape. I realized that gravity and my weight isn`t playing in my favor. Recently I asked my husband to find an affordable gym and he came across this gym called Blink Fitness. The facility isn`t bad at all, very simple and clean. The only thing downsize is that you have to bring your own towel, but to me it doesn`t matter. I rather use my own towel instead of using theirs. Besides staying in shape, I`m also trying to eat healthier which includes more veggies.
