I went out shopping on Black Friday -- or rather Brown Thursday (I was at Walmart at 7pm on Thanksgiving) AND Black Friday. While shopping I decided to check out what Walmart and Target had available for CDs. These are the four that I ended up picking up -- two from Walmart and the other two from Target. On Thursday I picked up the Christina Aguilera CD for $5 bin of CD craziness (seriously, the CDs were just thrown into this flat bin as a "fend for yourself" type of way. Then on Friday I went to Target and got the Chris Brown CD for $5 (I don`t like him personally but some of his songs have been overplayed on the radio and earworms. I then spotted the new Rhianna CD on a display case in the entertainment section so I grabbed it for $9.99. I then went back to Walmart near my house to look for a few things I couldn`t find at the Super Walmart I was at the night before and ended up grabbing the Pitbull CD for $5. I completely forgot, even in almost 2013 Walmart STILL censors their CD. I mean, really, Walmart? You ask for ID if people who look under 17 are buying an R-movie, but yet, you censor music? Why not card for Explicit Content CDs? I know, I know ... and who in nearly 2013 still buys CDS? LOL! Anyway!
Here`s what I picked up:
- Christina Aguilera - Lotus
- Rhianna - Unapologetic
- Pitbull - Global Warming
- Chris Brown - Fortune
Have you picked up any of these albums?
