Bklyn Queen`s February favorites

These are my February favorites. Yes, I know, late, but nonetheless posted. Since I am now home I have more time to post. Thought most will be from things I have done or gotten in the month I have been away. Being that I couldn`t take everything with me, I picked what I thought I would get the most use of. Plus whatever I could fit in my makeup bag.

Mineralize skinfinish foundation- in NC45. This is my 1st liquid foundation. I was always hesitant to try them out because I have very oily skin. Plus I always feared not getting a perfect match. This one works really well for me. This is the one that worked best for me but still I thought it was a bit yellow base.
Mineralize skinfinish natural- in deep dark. I used this for bronzing and contouring.
Studio fix powder- in NW40. I lightly use this to conteract the liquid foundation. It helps the foundation match my tone perfectly. It balances it out and makes it look less yellow, and more natural.
Prep + prime- transparent finishing powder. I use this to set and keep the makeup in place. It comes with a buffer pad, but I prefer to use a brush to dab it on.

Sweet as Cocoa- my favorite blush! A sheertone shimmer blush. This gives me the perfect amount of color. It works great for both day and night. I use it for when I have a more polished look.
Peachykeen- my 2nd favorite blush. This is great for the spring and summer. It gives a soft peachy glow. Great for a youthful and playfull look.

Comfort Zone palette- an amazing palette. The colors are ridiculously pigmented and last hours. I love that I can use the left side for a natural look, and with just a few added strokes from the right can take it to night.

Creme Cup- cremesheen lipstick. This is a soft pale pink nude lipstick.
Peachstock- satin lipstick. A gorgeous nude.
Wine Not- matte lipstick. Great for a night out on the town, or for when you are feeling particularly bold.
Martha- another nude, with subtle shimmer.

Pippa- a bright yellow. Hello spring!
America- a bold cross between red and orange

Argan oil- Callifornia has really hard water. After a shower my skin literally looks dry, peeling, and pale. I use this at night to help prep and soften for the next day. However it does not leave my skin oily nor shiny.
Smashbox photo finish- foundation primer. This is to date my favorite primer. It goes on like silk. It has the feel of soft baby powder on ones skin.
Maybellines Falsies- my all time favorite mascara. I have tried many. Expensive, inexpensive and this has by far been the best. It doesn`t clump nor does it have me wanted to pat dry my eyes after applying it. The consistency is thick enough to coat and adhere, but dries flawlessly.

Being that I was traveling I didn`t want to carry any of my large sized perfumes. this is a reason why I always get perfume samples when they are offered.
Lola/Marc Jacobs
Peace & Love/Juicy Couture
Viva la juicy/Juicy Couture
Oh Lola/Marc Jacobs

So there you have it! My favorites. Do any of these items make your list?
