I am embarking on a month long test to see if Biotin really works! I used to use it a few years back, and felt like I saw results.. but I`m going to try again. I just picked up a large bottle of 60 capsules, so over the month of April I am going to see if it works.
According to the bottle, it is suppose to support healthy hair, skin and nail care. It also helps support carbohydrate, protein and fat metabolism. It also says that it is not evaluated by the FDA. I know that is not meant to aid in hair growth, which is a common misconception. It only helps make the new hair healthier. I will let you guys know how it goes!
