This video is based on Tae Bo which is taught be Billy Blanks. Tae Bo is like kick boxing mixed with cardio. It is a lot of fun and is a good workout. The video is 36 minutes long, which is a nice time because anything over 30 minutes I start thinking "when is this going to end". Billy Blanks has an upbeat personality, but not in an annoying way. He doesn`t get too aggressive with the yelling, but just gets a little intense and pushes you harder. I would say this video is for those that have worked out before but aren`t advanced by any means. It is easy to follow and does give you a good workout. If you are looking for a video that will make you sore time after time, this won`t quite cut it. If you just want to stay in shape and burn a few calories, this video is for you.
