Big Lots Friends amp Family 20% Off Haul

If you live close to a Big Lots, I highly suggest you stopping by to see if there are anything that might interest you! Today is the first day of their Friends & Family sale where you can get 20% off your purchase! This sale started at 4PM and will continue on until they close for the day, which is around 10 P.M. To get the 20% off today, all you need is your Big Lots reward card. If you do not have one, you can sign up for one in-store. The Friends & Family sale will also carry on until tomorrow (Sunday 10/07/12), but in order to get the 20% off, you will need to print out the 20% off coupon - which I believe is available on their website. You might have also received it in the email if you sign up for their newsletter.

These are the items that I ended up getting:

- Prescription Care Acne Treatment Kit: I got one for both my boyfriend and I. Our skin has not been very nice lately :( It contains all the active ingredients that are found in Proactiv, which I have not tried yet. There wasn`t many reviews on this, but the few reviews that I did found about this kit were all positive!
Original price: $5.00
After 20%: $4.00

- Pond`s Clarant B3: I have been wanting to try this particular Pond`s cream for a while now. I have seen it sold at Walmart and wanted to pick it up because it is meant to fade away your dark spots! It also came with a mini Pond`s Bio-Hydratante Hydrating Cream. This I have used and I really like it! It smells great and it is a nice, light lotion.
Original price: $4.50
After 20%: $3.60

- e.l.f. Mineral Blemish Kit: This product is sold at Target and on the e.l.f. website for $8 so when I saw this, I really wanted to try it! It`s similar to the bareMinerals Blemish Therapy, which is $18. The active ingredient in this is 3% Sulfur. I tend to have really good luck with products containing Sulfur and Benzoyl Peroxide!
Original price: $5
After 20%: $4

- Vital Care Vitamin E Creme: This huge 8oz tub was only $2.80 and so I really wanted to try it. I didn`t find that many reviews on it, but the reviews I did find were all positive. I love using Vitamin E products so I had to try this!
Original price: $2.80
After 20%: $2.24

In total, I spent $19.22 and saved $4.46 on this purchase!
