Lately I havent been feeling to good therefore my appetite has been thrown out the window. My mum came home with all of this and told me to eat it all! And since I hadnt been eating much I figured my body needed it. So I enjoyed the salad first, which I topped with some veggies and turkey. I than ate the yogurt and apple. I wash all of the down with a glass of apple juice, than enjoyed a can of fruit lastly. After I ate all of this I noticed that I felt much better and had a lot more energy.
