Hey guys!!! This is what i cooked for our dinner today! I`ve been craving for this for the past few weeks and finally decided to cook it this afternoon! If you are not familiar with the dish it`s comprised of pork cooked with a generous amount of Coconut milk and chilies. No wonder the name of this dish was derived from a Philippine region (Bicol) wherein Coconuts are abundant and the use of chilies is emphasized in most local meals.I don`t put a lot of chiles because my daughter and my sister don`t eat too spicy food. This taste really good the pork is really tender and tasty!
