My friends and I absolutely adore Korean food and I am a HUGE fan of Bibimbap and Kimchi! I love all kinds of kimchis and my favorites are cucumber, green beans, cabbage and white radish kimchi. Since my husband and I are vegetarians, it`s really hard to find a vegetarian version of Bibimbap so we jump at the chance of ordering once whenever we see it on the menu. The Bibimbap we had for dinner comes with vegetables like carrot, cucumber, bean sprouts, soy beef and what I like best about this Bibimbap is that it comes with a perfectly fried egg and I love mixing the eggs with the rice before digging in!:)
