This was my breakfast very early this morning. It was my first day at my new job so I wanted something sustaining to keep me from being starving at 11 o`clock since I knew there`d be a lot of training my first day. Also since being unemployed I`ve been so used to just opening my fridge and figuring out what I want to make myself. I scrambled up some eggbeaters, added in some black pepper, italian seasoning, minced garlic and 3 slices of diced up canadian bacon. I cooked it thru, then laid it on a lavash sheet, sprinkled some hot sauce and ketchup on it and rolled it up as you would a breakfast burrito. It was really good, packed with protein and fiber. I typically make this wrap with turkey sausage, but the canadian bacon was a nice twist.
