I want to say Congratulations to Beyonce and Jay Z for their first baby girl ...I`m really happy for them(: Okay so according to the website that is linked below Beyonce is going on a weight loss plan to shed off 40 pounds from her pregnacy. Beyonce had her baby like six weeks ago. She will work out with her trainer at 5:00 a.m. for two hours. She`ll focus on cardio, plyometrics, dance, yoga, and Pilates, then have another two-hour workout at 5 P.M. Reportedly, she`s also watching what she eats very carefully, "living on protein shakes, egg-white omelets, pineapple chunks and lots of ice-cold water," all in effort to get to 128 pounds before April. What do you guys think out there?? Would you say its a little too much to do in a short period of time or do you think its right or healthy? Comment below and put your opinions.. bye :)
