Beyonce is having a true warrior workout regime after having her baby last month. After giving birth, Beyonce took action to get back in shape and is really going all for it. Here is what she has been doing to get back in shape :
- She got her personal trainer to move close to her ( its rumored to their house) to always be with her and helps her workout
- She wakes up at 5am to a 2 hour workout session. In the afternoon, at 5pm she has other 2 hour workout session
- She has a calorie controlled diet and eats six small meals day with high protein content
- With this workout regime, she has lost already 14 lb in not much more than a month.
As you can see in the second and third picture(the more recent ones), it seems that this plan is working for her and she looks great. It does seem that she is overdoing the workout with the 4 hours a day but she has a PT and specialist so i guess they have that under control.
This also gives motivation to everybody to work harder and go after their goals, regardless if its men or woman, hard work is hard work and she i don`t think i could even exercise that much everyday lol
