For over the past two weeks, I am proud to say that I am running almost everyday. I`ve been running the same route, while taking breaks in between, but I`ve finally been able to run the whole way without any breaks! 2.5km!!!!!!
It is very hot during the day time/afternoon. So personally I find it best to either run before it hits 11AM, or anytime after 7PM. Anywhere in between is just too uncomfortable, and it will definitely turn you off from running. Also, it is best not to stop moving after your run, and to walk it out. Remember to stretch, and stay hydrated and protected from the sun. As for motivation, check out the second picture. ;)
