So these are going to be my opinion of the best pregnancy workouts for me. Everyone is different and i am required to stay very calm all the time and not to much strain on my body, so on that note i cant do any crazy workouts. But something things that i do like might be good for others as well.
Walking! This is my main thing i walk everywhere. I walk to my apointments i walk to get something to eat, the supermarket what ever i walk there. I live in area where thankfully everything is in walking distance so i walk as much as possible.
Yogo/relaxtion: This is a good one for someone like me because it will keep your body and your baby calm and feeling great. Just look up some different things and find what you like.
If your interested in the gym i reccomend light things that equal walking like treadmill or light elpitical.
