Benefits of Water

There are so many heath benefits to drinking water, and water is good for you that I drink on average 5 glasses a day. I will list below all of the wonderful ways water can benefit you. :)

1)Drinking water has been known to speed up ones metabolism! So if you want to burn fat and stay hydrated drink cold water.
2) Hydration is vital to our bodies functioning, specifically to one organ: the brain (made up of roughly ninety percent water) and the human body is made up of about 75% water , by staying hydrated it increases your chance of ones body staying healthy. When the body doesn`t have enough water its referred to as dehydration which can result in headaches and cramped muscles.
3)Your skin will thank you :) Water is great for our skin because it adds moisture taking away dryness and creates elasticity.
4)Drinking water can reduce ones risk of developing colon and bladder cancer, which means that we have control over the overall health and appearance of our bodies.

There are so many more benefits of drinking water, these I feel are the best examples of why its so important. So next time you are in the mood for an ice cold Coke, reach for a bottle of water instead. A little bit of change can go a long way. :)
