Hey everyone, I just wanted to share with you what vitamins I take in order to stay healthy. Because I`m a college student, sometimes it`s hard to eat the right things, have enough rest, intake all the nutrients that you`re suppose to take. So I turn to these vitamins to help ensure that my body is getting as much nutrients and vitamins it deserves :) I take Vitamin E, Vitamin C, and Fish Oil.
Vitamin E: "is a potent anti-oxidant which protects the cells in the human body from free radical damage. Free radical damage can lead to very serious and chronic diseases like cancer, cardiovascular diseases etc."
Vitamin C: "helps the white blood cells combat infection and is essential for wound healing. It is also required for the formation of collagen, for healthy skin, and for the formation of other structural materials in bones, teeth and capillaries."
Fish Oil: "There is evidence from multiple studies supporting intake of recommended amounts of DHA and EPA in the form of dietary fish or fish oil supplements lowers triglycerides, reduces the risk of death, heart attack, dangerous abnormal heart rhythms, and strokes in people with known cardiovascular disease, slows the buildup of atherosclerotic plaques ("hardening of the arteries"), and lowers blood pressure slightly. "
Do you take any vitamins? What vitamins do you take?
