I`ve always been one of those people who have hated coffee. The smell alone was enough for me but lately hen the college workload started getting a little intense and I needed a little pick me up I decided to turn to the drug.
The first thing I have to say is that I do believe coffee is better than drinking a carbonated energy drink like blue bear or red bull. I could be very wrong but I just believe it would be far healthier.
The second thing is that I try to drink organic/fair trade coffee when I do buy it. Here is my favourite coffee to get which is a creamy fair trade mocha latte. The fact that it`s fair trade means a that the family in Africa who grew the coffee beans gets a fair price for their produce. :)
So far the three coffees I have tried are a latte which I didnt like due to the taste of coffee, a mocha latte which I really like because I love hot chocolate so I think this masks the coffee taste more than most coffees and finally an Iced Carmel latte in my nearest Starbucks which I love!! This is the only coffee that gave me the caffeine "shakes" the first time I drank it which kinda worried me but gave me the energy I needed in the University library.
