So, I`m officially starting my weight loss journey today. I`m going to completely change my eating habits (No more carbs, bread, sugar, artificially processed foods, etc.) I`m going for a mainly lean meat and vegetable diet. I work full time, so sometimes I just don`t feel like going to the gym but I`m going to attempt to go at least once a day and do SOMETHING.
I was just wondering if anyone out there with a successful weight loss story, or whose still in the process of shedding weight, could give me any advice or tips that they found helpful as part of their own weight loss success??
I`m starting at about 180 and hoping to go down to 130!
