I just feel so giddy, I found old pictures from a year ago and I have recently lost 25 pounds and it feels so good. It took me about 2 months to lose that much but it was well worth it. I am not done yet, my goal is another 20 pounds and start concentrating on toning, toning, toning. This is a ramble about a pat on the back for me lol.
If you are interested about my diet plan, I will be posting it tomorrow :D. It is very easy to follow and a lazy person like me who hates workout and counting calories, anyone can do it. TRUST ME!
