Last night my boyfriend and I went grocery shopping for today`s breakfast but we were running late to the airport plus had to get gas.. gas was freaking $4.17 by the way in Southern California aka insane cause now my car is $60 dollars for a full tank!
ANYWAY, my boyfriend is going to be out of town for a few months.... long distance relationship here we come =( But, before boarding his plane, we decided to get breakfast/lunch. Since my boyfriend prefers Asian food more I thought a good place to go to is the place with ASIAN in it but I guess I was wrong. The restaurant we went to is called Yan Can Asian Bistro & Bar and it is not worth the money at all in fact if I looked up this restaurant on Yelp then I would have avoided it cause its nothing but bad reviews!!
The beef lo mein noodles were freaking $10 and the portion size isn`t large at all (the photo is up close). It was like seriously 6 big fork fulls and that`s it.
ALSO, what kind of Asian restaurant doesn`t have a tooth pick?
I highly wouldn`t recommend this place for lo mein noodles or anything on the menu. Even though everything is over priced at the airport at least taste good.. I rather eat McDonalds!
