Hello Loves, This is what I quickly whipped up for lunch today. I wanted to used the beef that we had left over from the other day. I was supposed to use it to make some yummy steak and eggs omelet but that didn`t happen because I didn`t feel like waking up early lol. So instead I only had a mini muffin and orange juice for breakfast. Then around noon or so I decided to make me some yummy beef and broccoli since I haven`t had it in a while. It is really simple and easy to do. All you need is: Beef Garlic (for flavor but optional) Broccoli (or whatever veggies you like) Veggie Stir-fry sauce (or oysters sauce/soy sauce) Prepping You should cut your broccoli into bit size Cut your beef in long pieces Mince your garlic Cooking In a hot non-stick pan, you can add 1 tablespoon of veggie oil (or whatever oil you have) Cook the garlic until light golden brown Add the beef and cook it thoroughly Add salt and pepper to your liking Add 1/2 cup of water (helps cook the broccoli) Add 2 tablespoon of the veggie stir-fry sauce (or more if you like) Then that is it. You`re pretty much done. Now just top it off over white or brown rice which ever you prefer. Enjoy! I hope you guys try this out, it`s very simple and so good in my tummy. :D Do you like stir-fry?
