There`s a place that makes my favorite falafel and it`s called Bedouin Tent and it`s over in Brooklyn.
They`re falafel is listed as a "falafel sandwich" because it`s not a stuffed pita like most places, it`s a pita with the falafel flattened and the whole thing rolled like a burrito.
The best part? The pita is made in the oven fresh right in front of you! Literally they make the pita bread from dough with each order.
The result? A delicious chewy, warm inside and out pita bread with a well seasoned falafel and fresh lettuce, tomato, onions, and tahini inside.
The price is only $4.50 and the pita is huge, could probably serve two, but I`m greedy!
