Beauty Outlet Haul
Being the bargain shopper that I am, I am always on the lookout for warehouse sales and outlets in my area. While these kinds of places are sometimes hit or miss, I always enjoy find some of my favorite products for cheap. I have an email where I subscribe to these sorts of newsletters so they don`t spam my personal email, but I check it once or twice a week to see what kind of sales are happening.
I got an email a few months ago about a beauty outlet about 20 minutes away from where I live. The thing is, their hours aren`t really convenient. They aren`t open on weekends or on Mondays, and the rest if the time, they are only open from 10am to 3pm, which is after I get home from work. Sometimes I am allowed to go into work late on Mondays, but that doesn`t help since they aren`t open! Finally, I got a day off in the middle of the week, and made sure to include a visit to this place on my list of errands.
I`m really glad I made the effort to go! They had tons of deals on all sorts of products!
They had some O.P.I polishes for only 3 dollars! They didn`t have too many shades, but I still managed to find some cute colours.
I also picked up some Paul Simon travel sized hair serum which is perfect to take on trips for only 2 dollars.
I also picked up some Biolage hair serum. The woman there suggested it since it was one of her favourites, so I decided to try it as well. I also picked up some Bed Head curl cream and curl spray.
But I think my favorite purchase had to be the Moroccan Oil curl cream I bought for only 10 dollars! Normally this stuff is a lot more expensive, retailing up to 40 dollars!!! I will post a full review soon, but I was so impressed with it, I sent my dad to go pick me up some more on his lunch break, since he works just down the street from the outlet :p LOL He ended up buying me 5 bottles since he isn`t a fan of girly stuff (what dad is? Haha) and didn`t want to have to go back for me... So now I have a huge stockpile of this stuff thanks to my dad haha.
The last picture is the bag the lady gave me to take all my stuff home in. They have a variety of promotional bags they were selling for 5 dollars each, but the lady there was nice enough to give me one for free :)
