It`s your time to shine! No more saying next year I`ll lose weight and tone my body. It`s all just a mental game that you must win in order to achieve your dream body. When losing weight and trying to achieve that perfect beach body, you don`t have to rush and try to lose a lot of weight in a short amount of time. You just have to be motivated in the exercise routine I am about to tell you. This routine is not hard at all and if you do it every morning without skipping you will see unbelievable results.
1:Squats/Jumps-15 reps
2:Crunches-15 reps
3:Jump Rope-2 minutes
4: Girl pushups-5 reps
5:hula hoop- 3 minutes

Approximately 10 minutes of your life every morning with a healthy diet will get you to the place you want to be. When you feel more motivated double the reps and so on. I hope you get to your dream beach body either this year or next just keep you head up high and believe in yourself as I did. -Love Mae <3
