After a long day of work, I come home not wanting to eat any rice or bread so I just had meat and some green vegetables instead. <em>Are there moments where you just don`t feel like eating rice or bread?</em> I had left over BBQ Pork from an Asian restaurant, some Spring Mix lettuce from Costco, and tomatoes/cucumbers. Simple as reheating left over meat, washing/chopping up vegetables. I guess you would call this *snack/meal* a <Strong>BBQ Pork Salad</strong>?
<strong>Have you ever had this mixture before? Have you ever substituted your salad for other meats like fish or something besides the common chicken? Is this something you would eat?</strong>
